I
like these two images and would like to achieve a photograph similar to this
for my front cover. I like how the models are in mid-shot to close-up shots and
are making direct eye contact with the audience, creating a relationship between
the two. I also like the bright background and high key lighting for a front
over image.
The above are images that I would like to base my inside
images on as I feel they are the type of shot and style that I would like to
incorporate in with a music element. The long shot is perfect for a double page
spread. I like the idea of either having a plain and simple background, or a
contrasting dark edgy background to the model, as I feel this gives it more of
a music magazine theme – which I am trying to achieve.
I think these images are ideal for a contents page and I am
aiming to create something like these with the use of makeup and the right
dress code to fit in with the music genre.
